The caramel coconut one was gone in about two minutes flat, and I’m not ashamed. Each cookie in this quad has its own personality, but they all share that soft, chewy center that makes you slow down and actually taste it. Already planning my next order.

I was a bit worried the dark chocolate varieties would be too intense, but the Two Chip Chocolate actually has a nice balance that hits that craving perfectly. Box was gone in two days, so maybe that's the only downside.
