The Rocky Road cookie is dense and fudgy in the middle but crisp at the edges, exactly how I like it. The Raspberry Pistachio is my favorite of the four, with a nice crunch from the nuts and a tangy berry kick. I ate two in one sitting and barely felt guilty about it.
The Raspberry Pistachio is such a bright, fresh surprise—the fruit really cuts through the richness. Baked these for a picnic and they held up perfectly in the heat, still soft and gooey inside.
The raspberry pistachio one is the standout for me—that bright fruitiness is perfect for a hot afternoon, and the rocky road has that carefree, classic summer feel all the way through. Both had the nice, dense cookie texture I was hoping for.
