Czekoladowe ciasteczka z orzechami włoskimi

I usually bake my own cookies, but this one's gooey center is so thick I can't quite replicate it at home. The chocolate chips stay melty right to the last bite, and the walnuts give it a nice crunch against that soft middle.

The edges shatter just right when you bite in, but that middle stays thick and almost underbaked the way I like it. Half the bag disappeared before I even got to the kitchen counter — those chocolate chips really do the heavy lifting.

Baked it for 8 minutes to crisp up the edges and the inside stayed thick and gooey exactly as promised—those semi-sweet chips melt nicely against the walnuts. My only issue is I can't stop at one.
