The edges shattered with that perfect snap while the middle stayed warm and dense — it’s the rare cookie that actually delivers on both textures at once. I ate two before I realized I'd finished the bag.

I was skeptical about the crisp-to-gooey ratio when I bit into the first one, but the outside shattered perfectly and the inside was this dense, thick pocket of melted chocolate. The whole bag was gone by the end of the day, and I don’t even feel bad about it.

The center stays thick and gooey even after a day in the tin, which is exactly what I want from a cookie. Crisp outside, soft inside, and loaded with chips—my new go-to for a late-night snack.
